The first time I ever used an essential oil, I was probably a toddler. My mum put a couple of drops of Lavender oil on my pillow to help me sleep.

Very quickly, Lavender became my all-time favourite scent and by the time I was in my 20s I had developed a pretty large essential oil collection.
